If you are going to contract with someone, make my job easy by imagining all the things that can go wrong and then deciding what should be done if that happens. If you and the person you are thinking about dealing with can't agree on what should be done, its a big red flag that you should give the idea a lot of second thought. A contract isn't necessary when things go right, its essential when things go wrong. |
