If you are starting a business and don't use some form of a limited liability entity, it is almost always a big mistake.  We charge less than a thousand dollars for their creation.  If a thousand dollars to save your personal assets is too much, you should rethink your decision to go into business.  It is the cheapest and most effective insurance policy you can buy.
